If your contract requires a scheduled additional insured endorsement, please provide us with the exact legal name of the entity to be listed
The California Business and Professions Code section 7159 stipulates all of the contractual requirements for public works and which mention the insurance items to be addressed on each project.
Please review the contract you have with the enclosed certificate holder and/or additional insured to make sure you have all of the required endorsements and coverages.
